Some symptoms may include:

• Chest Pains

• Worried/Anxious

• Agitation

• Scary thoughts

• Nightmares

• Oversleeping

• Feeling Inadequate

• Irritability

• Numbness or tingling

You may also find yourself having the following thoughts or making statements such as:

"I must be going crazy"

 

"I've lost myself"

 

"Why can't I keep the house clean, make dinner, and take care of my baby like all of the other mothers?"

 

"What's the matter with me, why can't I get it together?"

 

"If I can just get one good night sleep, I could handle this better"
